The Wicked King is gone. The Garden of Light should be at peace. But its Queen vanishes, and a quiet middle schooler named Hikari Kujou turns up on Earth with no memory of who she really is. She is twelve, she is normal, and she has no idea why two girls in flashy new outfits keep showing up whenever monsters attack. Nagisa and Honoka thought their fighting days were behind them. Then the Queen's lost memories scatter into twelve Heartiels, and every one of them has to be found. The girls get new costumes, new powers, and a third fighter who barely understands what she is. Hikari holds the key to everything, but she also has no clue what she is capable of, and the enemy is already closing in. Can three girls really piece a broken queen back together before the darkness finishes what the Wicked King started?
