A girl wanders the country with half a giant pair of scissors and one question: who killed her father. Her only lead points to Honnouji Academy, and the place turns out to be less of a school than a fortress. At the top sits Satsuki Kiryuin, student council president, cold as stone, backed by her Elite Four. Step out of line and they put you down. Fast. Then the beatdown comes. Ryuuko loses, badly, and limps back to the ruins of her old home. In the wreckage something waits: a talking uniform. Her blood hits the fabric, it wakes up, and suddenly she has power she never asked for. Now she marches back at the Elite Four with a blade in one hand and a school uniform that talks in her ear, clawing her way toward Satsuki for answers. But Satsuki hands out her own special uniforms to whoever climbs the school's food chain, and every one of them hits harder than the last. So who actually killed Ryuuko's father, and why does this whole school feel built to hide it?
