Mob is a middle schooler who can bend spoons with his mind and flatten a building when he gets annoyed enough. His meter runs from zero to a hundred, and at a hundred he stops being a shy kid with a bowl cut and becomes something nobody can stop. Most days, though, he just wants Tsubomi to look at him. She is the prettiest girl in school, and the tricks he keeps pulling to get her attention are starting to bore her. So he tags along with Reigen, a so-called psychic who is flat out conning people, exorcising spirits and chasing down urban legends for cash. Same routine, same lies. Except Mob is not a kid sleepwalking through it anymore. He watches. He asks questions. And the jobs are getting darker, the things they run into nastier, more real. Then there is the body improvement club, and the growing weight of all that power he keeps locked down. How long can a boy hold that much inside before the meter hits a hundred and the whole city finds out?
