In Kanon Town, a place that lives and breathes music, Hibiki and Kanade have known each other since they were kids. They grew up on the same streets. Then something broke between them, and now every meeting turns into another argument. A fairy named Hummy tumbles out of the Land of Music with bad news. Mephisto, king of the Land of Minor, has snatched the legendary Melody of Happiness and twisted it into a Melody of Sorrow. If nobody stops him, the whole world hears despair instead. Hummy needs the legendary warriors, the ones with music in their blood. She needs Hibiki and Kanade. Siren, the songstress working for Mephisto, attacks the town and turns a treasured record into a giant monster, and the two girls transform into Suite Precure right there. Now they have to fight side by side, collecting the scattered notes of the Melody of Happiness before it is too late. The problem is not the monsters. It is each other. Can two former friends who cannot agree on anything really rebuild a song that is supposed to make the world happy?
