Another

Kouichi Sakakibara walks into class 3-3 after a month in the hospital, and the room goes quiet in a way that has nothing to do with him. Everyone is polite. Everyone watches him. Then he notices the girl with the eyepatch, sketching alone at her desk, the same girl he met in the hospital basement. He says her name. Nobody answers. His classmates tell him flat out to stay away from things that do not exist. They are not joking. Twenty six years earlier this class lost a student named Misaki, and the students decided to act like she never died. That choice stuck. Now something rides along with class 3-3 every year, and people around Kouichi start dying in ways no one can explain. He and Mei dig into what the class is hiding, and every answer costs somebody.
