Infinite Ryvius
In the year 2225, Kouji Aiba and Aoi Housen are just trainees, learning the ropes aboard a station perched at the edge of the Geduld Sea. That sea is no ordinary ocean. It links the planets like a web of nerves, and anything that drifts too far in gets crushed. Then, mid-drill, saboteurs nobody can identify make their move. The station plunges. Every adult dies keeping it from sinking deeper, and the kids who survive scramble onto the Ryvius, a cruiser that suddenly has to hold hundreds of scared students and no one to captain it. They want to go home. The ship has other ideas. Tensions flare, factions form, and the same attackers keep coming back, watching, waiting to finish what they started. Can a crew of teenagers hold together long enough to reach Earth, or will the real danger turn out to be each other?
