Zettai Karen Children: The Unlimited - Hyoubu Kyousuke · 絶対可憐チルドレン THE UNLIMITED 兵部京介
Action2013ManglobeRating 7,517+HD

He was betrayed once, years ago, and it cost him everything. Now Kyousuke Hyoubu walks free as one of the strongest espers alive, a wanted man with a stare that makes people flinch. But that stare is a mask. Behind it sits a simple goal: get espers out of the hands of humans who hurt them. By force, if that is what it takes. The people he pulls out of cages do not forget it. They follow him. They call themselves P.A.N.D.R.A. Then comes a prison visit like any other. Rows of espers behind bars, the usual rescue job. Except one inmate does not fit. Andy Hinomiya has no powers at all, not a spark, yet every esper standing near him goes quiet and useless. A boy who switches off the very thing Kyousuke has spent his life protecting. Any sane man would keep his distance. Kyousuke does the opposite: he breaks Andy out and invites him along. So what does the most wanted esper in the country want with the one kid who can strip him of everything?
