In future Tokyo, a handful of people wake up one day with powers they never asked for. They call them Attractors. Most of the city has no idea they exist. But a secret organization called Custos knows, and it sends its cyborg hunters from WTOC to wipe them out before anyone gets hurt. Quon gathers the ones he can find and hides them inside Fantasium Garden, a theme park that doubles as a home. Kids with dangerous abilities live, work and learn to control what they can do. Then Custos finds the park. Cyborgs come for them. Quon fights back with a smile on his face, but the people he is trying to protect are scared children, and the enemy does not stop. Can he really keep them all alive?
