Three months since the mess in Yokohama, and Cafe Nowhere has gone quiet again. Murasaki and Hajime are back on the job, poking around cases together, and for a while it almost feels like nothing ever happened. Then Art walks back into their lives. He doesn't say much. He just points a gun at Nice. Nobody saw that coming, least of all Nice. The two of them used to stand on the same side, and now Art's finger is on the trigger with no explanation offered. What does he actually want? Is this revenge, some kind of test, or something nobody has even considered yet? Hamatora refuses to fold, no matter how hard the city pushes back, and the crew is moving faster and hitting harder than before. But every answer they chase seems to lead straight back to the one question that has been hanging over everything since the beginning: what were Art's real intentions all along?
