The streets of Treasure Town belong to the Cats. That's what everyone says, and nobody argues, because the Cats are just two orphan boys who fear nothing. Black is the vicious one, all the city's meanness packed into a kid who throws punches first. White is the gentle one, drifting through the alleys like he lives somewhere softer. Together they keep the place in line, and it works, until the yakuza roll in with blueprints. The plan is to tear Treasure Town down and build an amusement park on top of it. Black and White have only each other to fight back with. But the fight is splitting them apart. Black gets darker and more violent the harder he pushes, and White, the kind one, watches his brother disappear into something he can't pull back. Can White save Black from the thing he's turning into, or will Treasure Town lose them both before the yakuza even finish the paperwork?
