Spriggan

Buried under Mount Ararat, ARCAM's people dig up what looks like Noah's Ark. It is not a nice museum piece. Long before humans existed, something else lived here and built things we were never meant to touch, then carved a warning into tablets that cannot be broken: destroy whatever they left behind. ARCAM exists to do exactly that, locking the old relics away before someone with a big army and small patience grabs them. Yuu Ominae, a Spriggan, gets sent to the mountain to check the site. Then the sky fills with American helicopters. Colonel MacDougall and his Machine Corps storm in, and they are not there to help. The Pentagon wants the Ark, and MacDougall wants ARCAM's lead scientist along with it. His trump card is a genetically altered boy with a mind that kills. Yuu teams up with Jean Jacquemondo, another Spriggan, and the two of them have to hold a mountain against elite soldiers who came prepared. Noah's Ark. World domination. Two agents against a small army. Can Yuu and Jean reach MacDougall before he turns the Ark into a weapon?
