Episode 4 · Ling Cage

Ling Cage

The planet was packed. Too many of us, not enough room, so we looked up. Ships went out hunting for a new home among the stars. Then the moon slipped out of place, and the ground started to shake. Not a quake. Decades of them, one after another, until everything we built was rubble and dust. Somehow people crawled back out. The world waiting for them looks familiar and wrong at the same time, and whatever is left standing in it does not seem interested in handing the keys back. Survivors poke through the wreckage, fight over scraps, and try to figure out what happened while they were buried. The ones who used to run this place are now just guests. So who is really in charge down there now?
