Fifty years back, a giant of light came down, saved the planet, then just disappeared. The man who carried that power, Shin Hayata, remembers none of it. Life moved on. He got older, had a kid. And that kid, Shinjirou, turned out to be built different: tougher, stronger, faster than any human has the right to be. Then one night an alien named Bemular comes for the boy. Hayata shows up, barely gets him out alive, and takes a hit so bad he can't fight anymore. So the suit comes out of storage. Built by an old SSSP hand named Ide, and suddenly Shinjirou is wearing it, whether he wants to or not. His father's past, the aliens crawling through the city, all of it lands on him at once. He trains, he fights, he screws up. Somewhere in all that, a thought keeps nagging at him: how much is he actually supposed to give up for strangers who will never know his name? And what happens when the suit starts asking for more than he has?
