Mikoto Misaka is right there in the middle of it too, temper and lightning included, and plenty of old enemies and new allies turn up when things get ugly. Some help from the shadows. Some just want a rematch. The scale keeps growing, and somewhere ahead, magic and science are heading for a collision neither side can avoid. Touma can cancel almost anything with that hand. But can he cancel a war that hasn't even started yet?
