A German youth team lands in Japan for a few friendly matches, and one man on that roster has an old score to settle. Rudy, the Frankfurt captain, can't let go of a simple question: why did Kubo walk away from German football to build something at a Japanese high school? So he does the loud thing. He challenges Kakegawa High to a real match, no warmups, no politeness. Kubo's old teammates on one side, his new project on the other, and the whole thing started by a captain who just wants an answer. Can Kakegawa hold their own against the club Kubo once called home?
