The Green Cat

Mystery1983Tezuka ProductionsRating 5,813+HD

A private eye gets hired to find out where a green cat came from. Simple job, right? Except everyone who crosses the creature's path starts believing it brings good luck. Then the luck turns. People who touched it lose money, lose sleep, lose everything. The detective keeps digging anyway, following the trail further than he probably should. Here is the part nobody saw coming. The cat is not a cat. It is something from outer space, and it has been luring the detective into a trap this whole time, one small step at a time. It wants the planet. He wants answers. Only one of them is playing the long game. This is the first episode of the Lion Books series, made in 1983 by a team that clearly had fun building every frame of it. So who is really hunting whom?
