Episode 2 · Soul Link

Soul Link

Ryota Aizawa is a third year cadet at Central Military Academy, and in 2045 he boards the space station Aries for a routine training stint with his classmates. Along for the ride are Sayaka Nagase, his childhood friend, and Kazuhiko Nitta, a hacker good enough to make the brass nervous. Drills, zero gravity, the usual. Then the shooting starts. A terrorist group called Hallarax seizes the station, and the training trip turns into a fight for survival in orbit. The cadets are outgunned, cut off from home, and stuck in a metal can full of armed strangers. Getting back to Earth means outthinking people who planned this, and figuring out which of their classmates they can actually trust. But what does Hallarax really want with a station full of students?
