Some kids can move objects with their minds. These three can move the world. Kaoru, Shiho and Aoi are ten years old, and each one is a level seven esper, the rarest kind there is. In a century where espers fight wars and sit in government offices, a country holding even one of them holds real power. So B.A.B.E.L. signs them up, because the alternative is too ugly to picture. Then you meet Koichi Minamoto. He is twenty one, a genius, and the man assigned to keep three pre teen girls on a leash. Kaoru flings things around when she gets annoyed. Shiho reads your worst thoughts and smiles about it. Aoi stays calm while the other two set something on fire. His days are a blur of chasing small time crooks and rogue espers between tantrums. The girls are weapons that nobody quite dares to aim. The grown ups keep arguing about who gets to hold them. And Minamoto is the only one standing between the three of them and a very bad idea. How long before one of the girls decides she is done taking orders?
