Four girls run the detective game in Yokohama. Sherry can move things with her mind, Nero talks to machines, Elly punches through walls, and Cordelia senses things nobody else can. Together they are Milky Holmes, the pride of Holmes Academy, and the city loves them for it. Then comes a dark, rainy night and a fight with Lady Arsene, the queen of the phantom thieves. The girls reach for their Toys and find nothing there. Just like that, their powers are gone. The academy kicks them out of their fancy rooms and dumps them in a dusty attic, with three months to get their abilities back or pack their bags for good. So now the famous detectives are scraping by on cases they can barely handle, chasing thieves with nothing but nerve and dumb luck, while their old rival watches from the shadows. Can four powerless girls figure out what actually happened to their Toys before the clock runs out?
