Two guys poke around a house everyone says is haunted. They get weird radio readings instead of ghosts, and then a call comes in from a grad student named Mei who's chasing the very same signal. Turns out the equipment her lab used? Yun's company installed it. Small world. From there things go sideways fast. Yun works at a place that builds Jet Jaguar, a robot his boss has been obsessed with for years, and nobody took the guy seriously until flying dinosaur things called Rodan start swarming toward the signal. Suddenly the robot is the only thing standing between the town and a flock of teeth. Then something bigger moves in the water, and red dust starts falling. Yun and Mei barely know each other, but they're the ones connecting dots nobody else sees. More creatures keep coming. The clock keeps running. Can two people with a homemade robot and a pile of radio data really stop what's crawling out of the ocean?
