Bayonetta: Bloody Fate

ActionFantasy2013GonzoRating 6,717+HD

She wakes up in a coffin at the bottom of a lake. That was twenty years ago, and Bayonetta still has no idea who she was before. So she hunts angels through the streets of Europe, night after night, trading her soul to demons in exchange for the power to keep fighting. Rodin, the bartender who forges her guns, points her where to go. Luka, a journalist with a grudge, follows her everywhere. He thinks she killed his father, and he won't drop it. Then a little girl named Cereza shows up, and something about her feels like an answer. Not a coincidence. Maybe a key. But Jeanne, another Umbra Witch, is standing in the way, and she fights for Heaven, the side Bayonetta has spent years shooting at. Which means two witches raised the same way ended up on opposite ends of a war. Why would Jeanne protect the angels? And why does Cereza seem to know Bayonetta better than Bayonetta knows herself?
