Tesla Note
Botan spent her whole childhood training with her grandfather, learning spycraft in a quiet house while other kids were at school. She was good. She was also bored out of her mind, desperate for a real assignment. Then the people from Japan's Safe Development agency show up at her door, and suddenly she is on Mission T with a partner named Kuruma. Here is the twist: the target is not a person or a file. It is the Shards of Tesla, fragments the inventor scattered around the globe before he died, and if the wrong hands get them first, the whole planet pays for it. Botan and Kuruma are not the only ones hunting. Foreign agencies are already on the move, and some of them have been at this a lot longer. So a girl who never got to leave the house is now racing trained operatives across the world for pieces of a dead man's legacy. She wanted excitement. Can she handle what she asked for?
