Highschool of the Dead · 学園黙示録 HIGHSCHOOL OF THE DEAD

ActionHorrorSuspense2010MadhouseRating 7,118+HD

One minute it's a normal school day, the next the dead are walking the halls of Fujimi High. Takashi has to put down his best friend after a bite, and then he makes a promise to Rei, the girl his friend left behind. They fight their way out of the building, and that's when it gets worse. The city outside is already gone. Empty streets, wrecked cars, and the dead everywhere. They pick up a strange crew along the way. Saeko, the kendo club president who swings a sword like she was born with it. Kouta, a gun nut who finally gets to live out his weird dream. Saya, a politician's daughter with a sharp tongue, and Shizuka, the school nurse who somehow keeps her cool through all of it. They're heading into the city to find family and figure out what started this mess. But the survivors they run into are not always the kind you want to meet. Some of them are worse than the zombies. What exactly is waiting for them out there, and who is really the bigger threat?
