Every morning Sonico wakes up to a horizon full of big plans. Then her feet hit the floor, reality kicks in, and it is all she can do to survive whatever today has already scheduled for her. Which is a lot, because she is not just some pretty girl with an impressive pair of headphones. She is a model. She waits tables at her grandmother's bar. She is in college. And she sings and plays guitar in a band with her friends Suzu and Fuuri, First Astronomical Velocity, which means rehearsals and shows on top of everything else. How she holds that schedule together is anyone's guess. Same goes for how she squeezes into certain outfits and still finds time to paint her toenails. Here is the twist. The girl who somehow juggles all of it is the same one who cannot walk past a stray cat without scooping it up and carrying it home. Every time. With a grin, like she has just won something. So the days fill up with love and noise and small disasters, and the pressure never really lets go. When it gets too heavy, she leans on Suzu and Fuuri, and the three of them keep the whole thing from tipping over. She is still figuring out where she fits in all of this. But what happens when the one thing she cannot balance is herself?
