A gothic lolita cat girl gets spotted on the street of MIDICITY by a music agency president, and just like that her quiet life is over. Cyan barely has time to process it before she's shoved into a room with three strangers: a rabbit honor student, a dog girl who lives online, and something that might be an alien sheep. They're a band now. Plasmagica, apparently. Here's the catch. MIDICITY runs on music, and every other group in town is louder, weirder and hungrier than they are. So the girls grind it out, one bizarre showdown at a time, clawing their way up from nobody to maybe somebody. The goal is the top of the world, or at least the top of this city. But with rivals this strange and a lineup this mismatched, can four oddballs really become the band that runs MIDICITY?
