Fumihiko is waiting at the theater with two tickets and no date. Tanaka from accounting never showed. He is about to dump the tickets in the trash when a girl grabs his arm and begs him to take her instead. Aka is loud, weird, and exactly what he needed. They laugh through the movie, then walk home and realize they live in the same neighborhood. Hours later, sirens wake him up. Aka's apartment is gone. Burned down, everything she owned with it. So he offers her his place, and that first night they sleep together. In the morning it gets stranger: the mascot he designed at work is going to be voiced by her. Now they share an apartment, a secret, and two careers that could blow up if anyone finds out. He pushes his product, she auditions for roles, and neither can afford a scandal. What happens when their bosses start asking questions?
