Mikado keeps cutting people out of the Dollars, one by one, telling himself it's justice. Masaomi can't watch this happen to his friend, so he goes back to the Yellow Scarves, hoping to drag him home. Across town, a handful of people are crammed into Shinra's apartment, and the mood in that room is not good. The Dollars, the Yellow Scarves and Saika are still tearing at each other over Ikebukuro, while the three friends who once just wanted their easy days back keep pulling further apart. Can anything still put those three back on the same side, or has Ikebukuro already chosen how this ends?
