Macross Dynamite 7
Basara walks away from Fire Bomber. Just like that. Less than a year after everything the band went through, he grabs his guitar and heads off alone to the planet Zola, chasing something he can't quite name. There he runs into Elma, a girl with Fire Bomber posters on her wall and a thousand questions about the man standing in front of her. Then the sky fills with whales. A pod of space whales is drifting through the system, and a crew of poachers wants them dead. Leading the hunt is Graham, Elma's own father. Basara could keep flying. Instead he pulls out his amp and does the only thing he knows how to do, singing at a fleet of armed ships until his Spiritia burns. Elma watches the two men she cares about line up on opposite sides of a massacre. Can a song really stop a harpoon?
