Takumi Fujiwara has zero interest in cars. He works part time at a gas station, helps his dad's tofu shop, and every single morning before dawn he drives the same old hatchback up and down Mount Akina to make deliveries. That's it. That's his life. The car is tuned, the route never changes, and he knows every curve so well he could probably drive it asleep. Then one night a crew called the Akagi Red Suns rolls into town, two brothers at the top of their game, planning to crush every mountain pass in the region. On the way home, one of them gets smoked by a beat up AE86 with no warning at all. Nobody knows who was behind the wheel. Word spreads fast. Street racers from all over the prefecture start showing up to challenge the mystery driver of Akina. Takumi still thinks he's just delivering breakfast. So how long can a guy stay clueless about being the fastest thing on the mountain?
