In 2048, the whole planet is nuts about one sport. They built an entire city just to house it, and on race day the track becomes a blur of metal moving past 400 kilometers an hour. Two teams, three humanoid mechs each, three laps of a 60 kilometer course. That part sounds simple until you notice nobody is just driving. Rivals slam into each other mid-turn, cut each other off on purpose, do anything to steal first place before the final stretch. Here is the catch. Winning has almost nothing to do with who is fastest. A pilot can be brilliant and still lose if the machine underneath him quits or his teammates mistime a single block. One weak link and the whole squad eats dirt. So every race comes down to the same brutal math: skill, hardware, trust. Which of the three breaks first?
