Episode 3 · Generator Gawl

Generator Gawl

Three young men jump 138 years into the past with one job: stop the war before it starts. In their own time, their country Kubere turned people into living weapons called generators, and those weapons burned the world down, killing almost everyone and handing what was left to a giant corporation. So Ryo, Gawl and Koji go back. Simple plan, right? Except the trio are not soldiers. They are the researchers. The same scientists who built the generators in the first place, poking at genes in labs all over the country. Now they are stuck in a past that has no idea what is coming, and the only people who can stop the disaster are the ones who caused it. Somewhere along the way, the mission stops being clean. Old colleagues, old mistakes, and a future that keeps trying to happen anyway. Can you really erase a war you helped invent?
