Double Decker! Doug & Kirill

ActionComedyMystery2018SunriseRating 6,817+HD

In Lisvalletta, a drug called Anthem turns people into monsters. Cops can't touch them. So a secret unit called SEVEN-O fights back with a buddy system, two detectives per case, no solo heroes allowed. Kirill Vrubel is not a hero yet. He is a regular cop with a head full of childhood fantasies about saving his school from terrorists. Then his landlady blackmails him into hunting down her missing cat. He falls asleep in an abandoned warehouse and wakes up in the middle of a hostage standoff with an Anthem user. Just like that, he is paired with veteran detective Doug Bilingam, a man who has been slipping for a while now, and dragged into SEVEN-O. Doug has the experience and none of the fire. Kirill has all the fire and no clue. Anthem keeps spreading, the beasts keep coming, and these two have to make the Double Decker system work. Can an old pro who stopped caring and a rookie who cares too much actually save this city?
