A foreign ship, a dead scientist, and paperwork that suddenly belongs to somebody else. January 2118. So the Bureau builds a joint team, and standing in the middle of it is Shinya Kougami. He defected years ago. He works for the MFA now. Akane and Ginoza have to share a room with him anyway. The trail runs to Dejima. The last person who spoke with Stronskaya is Jouji Saiga, and that is only the first loose thread. What did she find that scared two governments enough to bury it?
