Devils' Line
Vampires live among us. They hold down jobs, ride the train, sit in lecture halls. Blood isn't what keeps them alive, but let one of them get angry enough or hungry enough and the mask slips. Tsukasa Taira, a 22 year old student, has no idea any of this is real until the night her oldest friend turns into something she doesn't recognize during a standoff with Yuuki Anzai. Anzai is half human, half vampire, and he's the one who puts her friend in handcuffs. Then the strangest part: Tsukasa starts falling for him. And he, against every instinct he has, starts falling back. There's just one problem. Anzai's other half wants to tear her throat out, and the calmer he plays it, the harder that half pushes. So how long can a guy hold himself together when the person he loves smells like dinner?
