Episode 12 · Capsules

Capsules

Seven capsules sit on a table, each one loaded with a single feeling. Thorn. Desire. Joy. Illusion. Numbness. Tears. Passion. Animation crews from all over China pick two, swallow hard, and get five to fifteen minutes to show what happens next. Here is the catch: nobody hands them a script. The capsule dictates the mood, not the plot, so one team chases joy into a neon fever dream while another drags numbness through an empty apartment. Same project, wildly different worlds. The shorts run in every style the crews can pull off, from hand-drawn to 3D, and each one has to hit its chosen emotions hard, no coasting. Which two would you pick, and what would you make them do?
