Shou just started at Yuusei Academy, and he's barely finding his footing when the headmaster mentions a student named Kai Misonou. That name hits him hard. Shou becomes convinced Kai is the twin brother he lost as a kid, and he can't let it go. Then the ground shakes. A strange earthquake, and Shou is ripped out of the school and thrown into another world, two other students dragged along with him. No warning, no way back. The new world is not kind. A monster comes for them, and something inside Shou snaps open: huge white wings, spreading from his back like they were always there, waiting. He didn't ask for this. He doesn't understand it. Somewhere in the old stories about the Binfield Kingdom Chronicle, a peaceful land called Winfield had a king and a royal family with wings just like his. Now Shou has to survive a place he's never seen, protect the people who got pulled in with him, and figure out why his body is doing things no ordinary student should be able to do. And Kai, the brother he never got to meet, is still back there. If Shou ever makes it home, will Kai even know who he is?
