Hitomi Tsukishiro lost the ability to see color as a kid, and with it went just about every feeling she had. Her family comes from a long line of magicians, but none of their power ever fixed what broke inside her. So her grandmother Kohaku, the greatest witch around, spends sixty years collecting moonlight for one spell. On a night full of fireworks, she throws her granddaughter back to 2018, when Kohaku herself was seventeen. The trip lands Hitomi in some schoolboy's bedroom. His name is Yuito Aoi, he draws constantly, and the moment she looks at his sketchbook her gray world explodes into color. Sixty years of her grandmother's magic, and it's a teenage artist's pencil that finally cracks her open. Now she has to live alongside young Kohaku and the art club kids, all while hiding where she came from, and figure out why she was sent here at all. Yuito keeps drawing, and every time he does, Hitomi sees more than she's seen in years. But he doesn't know what he does to her, and she can't explain it without telling the truth. What happens when the person who gave the world back its colors has no idea he's holding it in his hands?
