Shidou Itsuka thought the worst was behind him. He had sealed the powers of the Spirits, one by one, and kept the peace with all of them. Life should have been quiet. It is not. New girls keep dropping onto Earth, each one more dangerous than the last, and the only way to stop a disaster is for Shidou to go on dates with them. Yes, really. Same plan as always, except now the stakes are higher and the Spirits are not all willing to hand over their strength without a fight. Then the real trouble starts. The AST wants every Spirit dead. DEM wants to use them for its own plans. Shidou is caught in the middle, bouncing between school, dates and full on battles, while the truth about where the Spirits come from slowly comes into view. He has done this before, sure. But never with this many forces pushing back at once. So what happens when the girl you are supposed to seal would rather tear the whole city apart than lose what makes her a Spirit?
