The last day of spring break, and Ayuko Uehara just wants a quiet walk. She ducks into a small cafe. Then someone crashes into her, all elbows and apologies, and the moment is gone. She shrugs it off. First day of high school, and there they are again: the same clumsy girl, Kanaka Amaya, plus her friend Saki Iwasawa, grinning like they planned it. Kanaka bounces through life like nothing can touch her. Saki slouches around acting tough, and Ayuko? She just goes along with whatever chaos lands in her lap. The three of them settle into a routine where homework gets ignored, lunch breaks stretch too long, and the walk home takes an hour more than it should. Nothing big ever happens. So when three girls with zero motivation and endless energy have all the time in the world, what exactly are they going to do with it?
