Kenji Kazama wants everyone at Fujou Academy to know his name. He and his two buddies run the Kazama Family, a three-man gang of try-hard delinquents who mostly just look tough in the hallway. Then they smell smoke coming from the Game Development Club room and kick the door in to play hero. Good deed for the day, right? The four girls inside don't thank them. They knock Kenji's friends out cold, and the next thing he knows he's fighting for his life against a student council president named Chitose who treats the school like her personal kingdom, a tomboy named Sakura, a club advisor who barely shows up, and Roka, the quiet one everyone whispers about. Kenji loses. Now he's a member, and no amount of yelling, scheming, or dramatic exits gets him out. Every attempt drags him deeper into nonsense he never signed up for. Here's the part that should worry him: somewhere between the chaos and the rematches, being in that club starts to feel less like a sentence. So if the guy who swears he hates every minute of it keeps showing up anyway, what is he really trying to prove?
