Momoko is a high schooler with two left feet and one big dream: becoming an idol. Then a weird fan bumps into her, and monsters start crawling all over her school. That is when her body does something she never signed up for, and suddenly she is Wonder Momo, hoop and all. Turns out an alien empire has its eyes on Earth, and Tokyo is just the first stop. Warudemon, the guy running the invasion, is not here for a fair fight. He comes after Momoko and everyone close to her, one scheme after another, like he has all the time in the world. She could keep chasing stage lights. Instead she plants her feet and hits back, clumsy, scared, and not entirely sure what her powers even do. Can a girl who still fumbles her own transformation really hold the line against an entire empire?
