Medaka Kurokami wins the student council election with 98 percent of the vote, so yeah, she is basically running the whole school by herself. First thing she does is nail a suggestion box to the wall and promise to handle any problem, from anyone, no questions asked. Her childhood friend Zenkichi gets dragged in to help. He complains the entire time. Then the requests start coming. Bullies squatting in clubs they do not belong to. A girl who needs help writing a love letter. Somebody's missing pet. Easy stuff, and Medaka knocks it out fast, dropping a flower into the council room for every job done. She wants the whole school buried in them. But the notes in that box keep pointing at something bigger, a plan tangled up with the academy and with Medaka herself, and suddenly the girl who can do everything is standing right in the middle of it. Zenkichi sees it coming before she does. What happens when the perfect president finally finds a request she cannot fix?
