Seina Yamada is fifteen, lives in Okayama with his parents and little sister, and breaks basically everything he touches. Bikes, lakes, small household objects. If disaster can find him, it will, usually within the hour. So when he heads out after school to fix a bike for his friend Kiriko's little brother, it looks like just another ordinary errand for the unluckiest kid in town. Then the Galaxy Police grab him. Not recruit. Grab. And somehow this walking catastrophe turns out to be a pirate magnet, pulling in more wanted criminals than anyone in the force's history. Suddenly the boy who can't cross a street without falling into something is the name pirates whisper about. Amane, a former model, and Kiriko, who has known him forever, are the ones holding him together while he chases the dream of actually becoming a decent officer. He's still clumsy. He's still Seina. So how long can a guy like that really survive out there before his luck runs out?
