Teacher's Time

Sensei no Ojikan: Dokidoki School Hours · せんせいのお時間
Comedy2004J.C.StaffRating 6,713+HD

Mika Suzuki is 27, a full grown adult, and a teacher at Okitsu High School. She is also 148 centimeters tall with the round cheeks and soft features of a grade schooler. So when she walks into a classroom, students assume she got lost on her way to elementary school. When she asks them to sit down, they pat her on the head. That is the whole joke, and it never stops being funny. Substitute teachers ignore her. Kids treat her like a classmate. Paperwork gets handed to the wrong person because nobody believes the tiny woman at the front of the room is in charge. She knows her subject cold. She just cannot get a single person to look at her and see an authority figure. So she keeps improvising, day after day, to be heard over the noise of a school that has already decided what she is. Will anyone ever take Mika-sensei seriously, or is she stuck being adorable forever?
