Mitsuyoshi Tada has one thing on his mind: his camera. Cherry blossoms in the park, a contest deadline, that's it. Romance? He'd laugh at the idea. Then a girl in the frame asks him to take her picture, and the sky opens up out of nowhere. He drags her into his grandfather's coffee shop to wait out the rain, where she explains, in her cheerful way, that she got separated from the friend she came traveling with. The friend turns up, a no-nonsense redhead who looks like she'd rather be anywhere else. Goodbyes all around. Done. Except the next morning both of them walk into his classroom as transfer students. Teresa and Alec settle in fast, and before Tada can process any of it they've joined the photography club, right alongside his friends: a guy who can't stop staring at himself, a die-hard idol fan, a class rep who takes everything too seriously, and a kid with the energy of a golden retriever. Every day gets louder. Tada keeps his camera up like a shield. So why does he keep pointing it at her?
