Kazunari Usa spent middle school surrounded by weirdos. They were everywhere, and they never let him breathe. So when high school starts and his parents move away for work, he jumps at the chance to live alone. No eccentrics. No chaos. Just a quiet room and maybe a cute girl who likes him back. Then he walks into the Kawai Complex. His roommate Shirosaki moans with joy when insulted. Mayumi, an office worker, drinks too much and snaps at the sight of happy couples. Sayaka, a college student with innocent eyes, toys with every man she meets. Usa grabs his bag to bolt. That is when he bumps into Ritsu, a shy senior who seems almost normal. Almost. He stays. Now he eats breakfast beside a masochist, dodges Sayaka's games, and tries to get close to a girl who barely speaks to him. All while knowing full well he is still the guy they used to call the Chief of Freaks. Can a person like that ever have a normal love story?
