Episode 10 · Soul Buster

Soul Buster

Sonshin can't stand the history of his own city. Keishuu, all those old war stories about the Three Kingdoms era, the endless battles the textbooks keep going on about. He wants none of it. Then the dreams start, and in them he does something strange: he breaks a seal. Just like that, the past gets wiped clean. Whatever that means. When he wakes up, things stop making sense. One weird event after another, and then a general named Gien is standing in front of him with a blade, ready to kill him. A general from the Three Kingdoms. Very much alive. Very much trying to end him. Right before the sword comes down, a woman appears out of nowhere. Beautiful, mysterious, and she doesn't seem surprised by any of this. Sonshin gets pulled back through time, straight into the Three Kingdoms timeline, caught between two generals locked in a fight that isn't his. He never wanted to touch history. Now history has its hands on him. Who is the woman, and why did breaking that seal drag him here?
