A boy watches his father lose a duel, and then watches a stranger named Justice take the headband off the body. Justice trades up right there, swapping his Number Two for the Number One, which is said to carry the power of a god. The kid is left in the dirt with nothing but a promise in his mouth. Years pass. That kid grows into a swordsman with an afro and a stare that could cut glass, and he's got the Number Two headband strapped to his own forehead. Here's the catch: only the Number Two gets to challenge the Number One. Sounds like a clean shot at revenge. Except anyone at all can challenge the Number Two, and everybody wants it. So the whole world lines up to take a swing at him first, and he has to carve his way through all of it just to keep the right to walk toward Justice. He fights. He bleeds. He keeps going, because the man he's chasing is still out there wearing his father's headband. But what happens when the hunter has to become the most hunted man alive just to get one step closer?
