Lucy Yamagami took a government job for one reason: revenge. Some clerk let her parents register a name so absurdly long it barely fits on a business card, and she plans to track that person down. Her new coworkers have smaller goals. Yutaka Hasebe wants to find the best spot in the building to nap. Saya Miyoshi just wants to survive her first week without crying in the bathroom. All three land in the health department of a city office, where the public arrives angry and the paperwork never ends. Here is the twist. The man assigned to train them, Taishi Ichimiya, has worked there eight years and still has no clue how to teach anyone anything. So the blind lead the blind, and the blind are also getting yelled at by taxpayers. The trio slowly realizes the job they signed up for might be a mistake, yet they keep showing up and covering for each other. Can three people this lost really make it as civil servants, or will Lucy's grudge be the only thing that gets her out of bed?
