Rumbling Hearts
A shy girl named Haruka works up the nerve to tell Takayuki she likes him, and to everyone's surprise he says yes. Their friends Mitsuki and Shinji cheer them on, and for a while it is all cheap snacks after school and walks home in the sun. Simple. Happy. Then a car accident puts Haruka in a coma, and the small world around her just stops. Three years pass. Takayuki and Mitsuki have grown up, moved on, built something new together. Then Haruka opens her eyes. She is awake, she is back, and she still thinks almost no time has passed at all. Nobody knows how to tell her the truth, least of all the two people standing in front of her. Takayuki now has to face a girl he loved and a woman he loves, and every choice he makes will hurt someone. Mitsuki watches him pull away and says nothing, but it eats at her. Can any of them tell Haruka what they have become, or will they keep lying to protect a girl who lost three years of her life?
